Previous Project
La Iguana
La Iguana verde is a project located in the heart of the charming town of Pedasí, on the Azuero Peninsula. It is the second that we developed in the area. As in the first project, which was a success, we took care of the architecture of Pedasí using clay tile, noble woods and details that are typical of the colonial construction of the area.
In addition, we focused on the sustainable use of natural resources through the installation of systems of water harvesting and solar panels to supply the common areas. Pedasí is a great place to live and our goal was to offer apartments at the best prices, using the finest materials.
